What If It Goes Right?

The Power of What If?

We spend so much of our energy worrying about what could go wrong. We run through every possible failure in our minds, every reason to hold back, every “what if” that keeps us frozen in place. How about we flip the script and ask ourselves, “What if it goes right?”

What if the very thing you’re scared to try is the thing that changes your life? What if your wildest ideas actually worked out? What if you stopped holding yourself back and let yourself live fully?

Imagine the Best-Case Scenario

Let’s take a moment or two, close your eyes, and picture it, everything unfolding the way you dreamed without limitations or fears, just endless possibilities.

Get in The Zone Journal Prompts

  • If every idea I had went right, what would my life look like?
  • How would my mornings feel if I woke up knowing I was living in alignment with my wildest dreams?
  • What relationships, opportunities, or experiences would appear in my life if I believed it could all work out?
  • How Would You Know It’s Gone Right?

Sometimes we imagine success but never define what it feels like. Is it freedom? Joy? Security? Love? Pride?

  • How would I feel in my body if everything went right?
  • What signs would show me I’m on the right path?
  • What would I celebrate as proof that things have gone right for me?

From Fear to Possibility

It’s easy to focus on fear, our brains are wired for it. But how about we give attention to what we want to grow? Shifting from “What if I fail?” to “What if I thrive?” creates space for opportunity to actually show up.

  • What’s one dream I’ve been shrinking out of fear?
  • What would it look like to give that dream a fair chance?
  • What’s one small step I could take today to lean toward the possibility of it going right?

Final Thoughts

Our life doesn’t have to be a collection of “what ifs” stemming from fear and insecurity. It can be a collection of “what ifs” rooted in hope, courage, and possibility.
